30-Day Returns
Return unused parts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Quality Guarantee
Up to 12-month warranty on OEM parts. Defective items replaced at no cost.
Fast Refunds
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days once the return is received and inspected.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Parts must be in original, unopened packaging
- Electronic components must have intact anti-static packaging
- Custom-ordered or special-procurement parts are non-returnable unless defective
- Returns must include original invoice or order number
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via email or the Help Center with your order number
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely with the RMA number visible on the outside
- Ship to the address provided — we can arrange pickup in select regions
- Refund or replacement processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Wrong Part Received?
If you receive the wrong part, we cover return shipping and send the correct item with express delivery at no additional cost. Our AI pre-check minimizes these cases to under 2%.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For wire transfers, refunds are sent to the originating bank account. Store credit is available as an alternative.
