3. CzarSearch AI Service

CzarSearch AI provides automated part identification and compatibility matching. While our AI achieves 97% accuracy, results are advisory and should be verified for critical applications.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless explicitly stated
We accept major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and select digital payment methods
For bulk and B2B orders, custom payment terms may be arranged
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. SparesCzar is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, force majeure events, or carrier disruptions. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the CzarSearch engine, and software — is the property of SparesCzar or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
